One to One Counselling service

I have been counselling since 2013 and working in the mental health sector since 2000.  I have been fortunate to council for  the NHS, Leicester City Council and Leicestershire County Council. In the last two decades I have created a tried and tested emotional first aid kit designed to teach you how to train your mind to work with you, rather than against you. My intention is always to facilitate the appropriate amount of healing, learning, empowerment and fun!

Choose what suits you best : Face to face, Walking, Picnic (bring your own food and drink), Online, Telephone based.
